Saga Capital will focus on the following asset classes, with a preference for high end/luxury projects:
Hospitality
Creating, converting or renovating real estate into properties that cater to the needs of the travel and tourism industry, such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, and entertainment venues. We deliver spaces that provide memorable experiences for guests.
Residential
Creating, converting or renovating buildings of quality and inherent value for individuals and families, including single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and condominiums, primarily for sale or rental income.
Mixed-Use
Single projects or developments that integrate multiple functions, such as residential, commercial, and retail, fostering vibrant communities and diverse revenue streams.
Commercial
Unique projects focused on spaces for businesses, such as offices, retail, and industrial units, aiming for rental income or sale to owner-occupiers.
